My name is Rachel Wells, LCSW and I am so glad you made it this far in seeking help! If you are looking for someone who will talk to you like a friend, challenge you like a coach, and walk alongside you as a partner in your healing, then look no further.
At Deep Wells Therapy, we specialize in Christian counseling, treating ADHD, depression, anxiety, BPD, difficulties with adjustment to new life circumstances, marriage counseling, mood disorders, and more.
We provide telehealth therapy for individuals living in Texas. We also provide therapeutic support to missionaries living abroad.
We do accept many insurances, and we can run your insurance to let you know your co-pay amount prior to your session.
We do have evening and weekend availability.

You are unique and what you are facing is also unique. While there are techniques that have been shown to be effective to treat different conditions, we will work together with you to identify the problem and create a treatment approach that fits for you. Since in person sessions are not always possible for families for various reasons, we strive to meet you where you are! There are still tools we can employ in virtual sessions. These sessions require parent involvement.

Our mindfulness sessions provide tools and techniques to help you develop a greater sense of awareness, reduce stress, and improve your overall mental well-being. We offer individual and group mindfulness sessions for a variety of mental health concerns.

Our trauma therapy sessions provide a safe and supportive environment to help you process and heal from traumatic experiences. We use evidence-based practices to help you overcome trauma and improve your mental well-being.

Rachel Wells, LCSW : I have been working in social work or ministry for the past twenty years. I am a follower of Jesus, a wife, a mother, and a secondary caregiver for a parent with dementia. I know that life can be overwhelming at times, but there is no reason you need to go through it alone! There is a way forward- let's find it together!
